Shipping

Your item will be shipped to the address on your eBay account at the time of order upon receipt of cleared funds. Please ensure this address is valid and reflects your choice of delivery location.

Items are send via Royal Mail or a major courier i.e. DHL or UPS if sent via courier tracking details will be sent.

Combined postage for multiple purchases, if overpaid you will be refunded.

For European, North American and Australian postage please see individual listings. Please note that for some countries courier is the only available option.

Anglia Volvo is a mail order only business and does not offer a collections facility.

Returns

Anglia Volvo want you be pleased with your purchase and for it to be what you wanted it to be when you clicked the "buy it now" or "bid" button. For one reason or another, there may be a reason that you wish to return or exchange something.

Your right to cancel within 7 working days of receipt of purchase = full refund

Faulty or damaged items within 7 working days of receipt of purchase = replacement or full refund

Please make contact via eBay message inc item number, if you wish to return an item so that a returns address and reference number can be given. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for returns postage if the item is not damaged or faulty.

Proof of postage for return items must always be obtained and items received within a reasonable time period. Upon receipt and inspection refund will be made. Please note that for refunds under "Your right to cancel" the item must be as new and unopened.

For your own peace of mind, and for Buyer Protection, Anglia Volvo ONLY accept payment via Paypal. Payment by cash, cheque, debit or credit cards, postal orders, bank transfer or any other payment method is NOT accepted.

Please make payment within 5 days of winning.

Non paid items will be reported to eBay which may result in an unpaid item strike.
